Returns Policy

On10byBambi products aim to please and customer service is our top priority. If there has been a discrepancy in your purchase please follow these procedures

• Returns

Full refund can be made on unopened and untampered packages within 30 days of purchase. Products must be shipped to company address. Return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.

• Damaged Product

Please contact On10byBambi within 3 days if you have received damaged products. Damaged product must be shipped to company address and will receive a full refund on return shipping. Replacement product will be expedited immediately upon receiving the damaged product.

• Refund Payment

Once returned product is received customer will be notified by email that their refund will be processed same day. The refund usually takes 3-5 business days (depending on the card issuer) to show up in your bank account. Paypal payments should show up the same working day.
